MUSICAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. | New England Conservatory
Being entrepreneurial means not only having the great idea, but possessing the tools to bring that idea to fruition. Musical entrepreneurship embodies a wide set of valuable skills — creative and critical thinking, communication proficiency, financial management, programming, marketing and self reliance, among others — but it's more than the sum of its parts. It's a synthesis of your musical passions and skills and experiences. This seminar, led by Rachel Roberts, head of entrepreneurial musicianship at NEC, gives you the tools to develop the career you want, in a unique, hands-on learning environment.
